Processing Time: All orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours from our printing press located in Melbourne, Australia.

Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping options. Orders are shipped through reputable carriers to ensure timely and reliable delivery.

Domestic Shipping Australia Wide:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

International Shipping:

  • We ship globally, with delivery times typically ranging from 5-10 business days depending on the destination.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the location and size of the order.

Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the delivery status.

Customs and Import Taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Festive Garage Australia is not responsible for delays due to customs. As per our thousands of customers' feedback they have never been taxed to import garage door covers for personal use orders.

Damaged or Lost Packages: If your package is damaged or lost during shipping, please contact our customer service team immediately at team@festivegarage.com.au. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Return Policy

30-Day Return Policy: We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and undamaged products. Custom orders are non-refundable.

Return Process:

  1. Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team at support@festivegarage.com.au to initiate the return process.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Return Shipping: Pack the item securely and include the return authorization number. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

Refunds: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item. If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges: Exchanges are allowed within 30 days of purchase for unused products. Follow the same process as returns to initiate an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom orders are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged.
  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at team@festivegarage.com.au. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
